Bill Gillard is an award-winning teacher of creative writing and literature at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. His writing has appeared in dozens of journals. His academic specialty is speculative fiction of the early twentieth century and most recently the Wisconsin author, Robert Bloch. His creative writing arrives in unpredictably in verse, fiction, and hybrid forms. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Portsmouth (UK) and an M.F.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
